We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in Cincinnati, OH. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute innovative menus that reflect the restaurant’s concept and meet customer expectations. Manage and supervise kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen. Oversee inventory management, food ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability. Collaborate with management to plan special events, seasonal menus, and promotions. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency. Lead and inspire the culinary team to foster a positive and productive work environment. Stay current with culinary trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients as appropriate. Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a reputable restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent knowledge of food preparation, kitchen equipment, and culinary techniques. Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize kitchen operations. Exceptional creativity and passion for food and culinary arts. Strong communication and organizational skills. Food safety certification and relevant culinary education preferred.
