About Our Agency: I opened my agency in 2023 and currently lead a team of nine. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I spent four years as a team member, building a strong foundation in the business. Prior to that, I worked as a bartender and server while in college, which helped me develop strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life. I'm a graduate of Florida International University and am happily married. I'm a proud Cuban American and an active member of the LGBTQIA+ community. Outside of work, I'm passionate about giving backespecially through involvement in the LGBTQIA+ community and supporting bully and dog rescue efforts. Role Description: As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Rachel Machin - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Qualifications: Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred. Leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
