Join Our Team as a Wirer We're seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Wirer . In this role, you'll be responsible for the final wiring and connection of electrical and electronically controlled components, helping ensure our products meet the highest quality and performance standards. We offer competitive pay , with an additional shift differential available for overnight shifts , along with comprehensive training designed to help you develop specialized wiring skills and advance your career. Job Duties
Requirements

- Perform final wiring of electrical and electronically controlled components
- Route, connect, and secure electrical wiring according to specifications
- Follow electrical diagrams and assembly instructions
- Inspect work to ensure quality and accuracy
- Use a variety of hand tools, including:
- Hammers
- Pliers
- Screwdrivers
- Wrenches
- Air guns
- Wire strippers
- Soldering guns
- Cutters
- Ratchets
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- Perform other manufacturing duties as assigned
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn electrical assembly skills
- Ability to learn how to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
- Dependable attendance and positive work ethic
- Previous manufacturing or electrical experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to stand and move throughout the workday
- Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively
- Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

- Successfully complete a wiring pre-test
- Complete the required Wiring Class
- Participate in 30 days of on-the-job training with guidance from an experienced trainer
- Undergo a skills evaluation to achieve Qualified Wirer status
- Maintain wiring qualifications through periodic re-certification
