Role Overview Experience, Skills, and Qualifications required for the role At least 10+ years of experience in multi-country / locations transformation experience Preferred experience in leading an LMS migration/implementation, preferably Docebo/Cornerstone/SumTotal Effective stakeholder management and proven experience in managing internal, external and partner stakeholders Effective verbal and written communication skills to both frontline and executive audiences Ability to translate concepts, summarize, and communicate complex ideas in a simple and straight-forward fashion Proven experience managing multiple, high-impact priorities simultaneously, with minimal supervision Very good interpersonal effectiveness and communication skills (written and oral) Strong organizational planning skills and understanding of program management concepts Responsibilities: Work on the migration and implementation of a Learning Management System which provides training and enablement to sellers, Partners and Customers Support Leadership vision and assist with developing LMS Migration platform strategy Develop project plan according to business requirements and execute multiple transformation initiatives to ensure that project activities are completed within expected timelines Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across various teams to identify functional and system requirements and success criteria while helping drive cross-functional alignment Partner with LMS vendor's Professional Services implementation team to successfully create configuration plan Routinely identify, assess, and develop mitigation plans for events that could impact the success of the program Build in mitigation plans anticipating dependencies and risks, actively replan with product leads, and reset expectations throughout project delivery Build commitment with product leads and business partners to effectively address project risks and issues Helps identify project/program bottlenecks and proactively communicates and monitors resolution
