2nd Grade 4th Grade School Occupational Therapist - Boston, Massachusetts

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience working with school-aged children, from Kindergarten through High School.
• Ability to assess student needs and design individualized goals and intervention plans.
• Strong collaboration skills with teachers, administrators, and families.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Previous school-based experience preferred but not required; recent grads welcome.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person occupational therapy services to students across multiple grade levels.
• Complete student evaluations and develop targeted intervention plans.
• Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and contribute professional insights.
• Adapt and modify classroom tasks, materials, and environments for accessibility and student success.
• Engage in both scheduled and responsive OT services as student needs arise.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and regulatory expectations.
