The following position is to join Raytheon: The Associate Director, HR Business Partner - Quality and Mission Assurance (QMA) is as a strategic advisor to QMA leadership, guiding workforce strategies, organizational design, and culture. Partnering with HR Centers of Expertise and QMA leaders, this role supports transformation and change initiatives to ensure workforce strategies are implemented and aligned with business priorities. The HR Business Partner translates enterprise and functional strategies into actionable HR solutions, enabling QMA leaders to achieve their objectives while building workforce capability, engagement, and readiness. The position will be located on-site at one of Raytheon’s major locations, including Andover, Massachusetts, McKinney, Texas or Tucson, Arizona. What You Will Do Strategic HR Partnership Serve as a trusted HR advisor to QMA leadership, influencing workforce strategies to meet business objectives. Partner with leaders on talent planning, performance management, succession planning, and capability development Provide guidance on employee relations, engagement, and retention strategies. Partner across the Raytheon HR team to drive collaborative solutions impacting the business beyond just QMA. Transformation & Change Leadership Collaborate with HR CoEs and business leaders to support enterprise-wide transformation and change initiatives across QMA. Drive adoption of new operating models, workforce strategies, and ways of working. Partner with Change Management teams and HR CoEs to design and execute change initiatives, including communications, training, and capability-building. Assess workforce readiness and cultural impact of major initiatives; identify risks and mitigation strategies. HR Support Provide hands-on HR support for day-to-day needs, including performance coaching, conflict resolution, etc. Ensure consistency in HR processes, aligned with enterprise and business policies and programs. Partner with HR CoEs to deploy talent programs, learning initiatives, and employee engagement strategies Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Support Build strong partnerships with QMA leaders, HR CoEs and across the HR function to ensure workforce strategies align with business strategy and objectives. Deliver executive-ready reports, presentations, and recommendations. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive enterprise-wide initiatives and change adoption. Travel: up to 20% Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience; 16 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Prior experience leading enterprise HR, workforce, or transformation initiatives. Prior experience in project and change management. Qualifications We Prefer Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments. Proven ability to collaborate effectively and independently with individuals at all organizational levels. Strong knowledge of applicable federal and state employment and labor laws. Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
