Mechanical Engineer

Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to support a major hazardous waste disposition project for a government agency. This role involves designing a $10M facility to safely process and dispose of explosive materials through combustion, while meeting stringent pollution and life safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical process design and plant engineering, third-party vendor collaboration with a safety-first mindset and experience managing complex stakeholder environments. Strong safety orientation with knowledge of environmental standards and hazard analysis protocols Masters Degree in related field Active or Eligible Secret Clearance Background in polution abatement technologies #J-18808-Ljbffr
