We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Human Resources Director to lead our HR department. As a leader in senior care and community-based organizations, we are looking for a professional who can manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing environments, and interact effectively as a leader and member of the team.

About the Role:

As our Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including employee relations, onboarding, compliance, benefit administration, and payroll. You will be the strategic partner to our management team, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective implementation of HR initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Employee Relations/Onboarding: Recruit and retain employees, maintain job postings, facilitate employee orientation, and assist with employee concerns and onboarding questions.

• Compliance: Maintain personnel and medical files, ensure new hire process and paperwork compliance, and oversee Family Medical Leave and COBRA compliance.

• Benefit Administration: Review unemployment claims, manage Health, Vision, and Dental Plans, and administer other company benefits.

• Payroll: Understand the complete payroll process, compile and submit paperwork, and ensure timely and accurate payments.

• Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, strong HR knowledge and laws, previous HR leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
