Onsite Support Leader (OSS Lead

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Onsite Support Leader (OSS Lead) to join their team onsite in Miami, FL and provide end-user support. The OSS Lead provides global leadership and operational oversight for Onsite Support Services across 24 locations. This role manages onsite and dispatch support teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery, SLA achievement, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Duties And Responsibilities Lead global onsite support operations and ensure consistent service delivery. Manage dedicated onsite resources, dispatch teams, and vendors. Ensure compliance with SLAs, contracts, and customer expectations. Drive operational excellence and service improvements. Support incident, escalation, and major incident management. Ensure alignment with ITIL practices. Coordinate onsite teams, third-party providers, and support partners. Optimize staffing, coverage, productivity, and service quality. Skills And Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field preferred. 8–12+ years of experience in End User Services / Workplace Technology. 3–5+ years leading global or multi-site IT support teams. Experience managing onsite and dispatch support models. Strong knowledge of ITIL, EUC, and service management practices. Wage Range The hourly rate for this position is between $46.19 - $57.10 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
