This will include the maintaining of the maintenance repair system, PMs, inventory, inspections per schedule and other general maintenance activities. It will be the responsibility of this position to understand all equipment within the building.Education and/or Experience:High School Diploma, GED, 3-year manufacturing experience- Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician or related certification a PlusOther Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:General mechanical aptitudeBasic math and computer skillsBasic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems, including schematic reading.Orderly and responsible with tools and work areaMust be safety conscious wear safety glasses, etc.Present self in a clean, well-kept mannerAbility to lift up to 50 pounds.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Audit building and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards, make recommendation for issues found.Perform maintenance of electrical systems- single and 3 phase.Assist in the setup of all equipment and systems.Maintain heating and plumbing systems to be fully functional.Maintain all equipment to be fully function, ensure all PMs are completed and equipment is operating properly.Other duties as requested or assigned by management.
