Key Responsibilities Operates attractions while following all safety expectations (age restrictions per law) Anticipates and solves any guest issues, with or without assistance Communicates clearly with guests and team members Engages guests often to ensure a positive and lasting experience Keeps surrounding area neat, tidy, and clean Stays organized and aware of party schedules to execute successfully booked events Answers any basic questions about the facility including pricing, directions, duration of game play, etc. Responsibilities for Minors 14-15 Years of Age: Guest Service, general cleaning, monitoring guests, operation of a cash register 16-17 Years of Age: Guest Service, general cleaning, monitoring guests, operation of a cash register, ride operation, food preparation Skills & Requirements Desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat, and sociable throughout the workday Flexibility to work varying days, nights, holidays, and weekends Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred Physical Requirements Walking or standing for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis Performing functions that require organization, bending, reaching, turning, lifting, climbing, and stocking up to 50 lbs.
