GI Alliance is seeking an experienced Physician Recruiter to lead the full lifecycle of clinical talent recruitment across multiple specialties in Texas. You will source, screen, interview, negotiate offers, and close placements while building strong relationships with residents, fellows, and practicing physicians. The role requires 3+ years in physician recruitment, strong communication and negotiation skills, ATS and MS Office proficiency, and travel about 20% for regional TA events. #J-18808-Ljbffr GI Alliance
