Corporate Recruiter

HumCap's client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring efforts across all departments. This role is responsible for sourcing top talent, managing internal recruitment processes, and overseeing campus recruiting initiatives. While experience in banking or financial services is preferred, we welcome candidates from other industries with a strong track record in recruiting. The role also includes support for shareholder relations and special projects. This is a full-time, onsite position based at our Southlake, TX headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles ranging from entry-level to executive across all departments.
•Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs, craft job descriptions, and deliver qualified candidates efficiently.
•Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline through strategic sourcing, networking, and market insights.
•Oversee the campus recruiting program, including career fairs, internship coordination, and university partnerships.
•Support shareholder communications and ensure timely, accurate information sharing.
•Contribute to special projects as assigned by senior leadership.
•Track and report on recruiting metrics, candidate pipelines, and hiring outcomes.
•Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting the organization’s culture and values to prospective candidates and external partners.

Qualifications

•3–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally within banking or financial services.
•Proven ability to recruit across diverse functions including corporate, operations, technical, and leadership roles.
•Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
•Demonstrated success in building and managing campus recruiting programs.
•Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
•Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
•Ability to work onsite in Southlake, TX.
