Home Time: Typically, drivers are on the road for 1-2 weeks, depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, although two-week stretches may happen. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet comprises trucks that are well-maintained and no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the opportunity to take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are completed with 70% drop and hook operations, reducing dock waiting times. Our freight is 100% no-touch, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Expect an average weekly pay ranging from $1,350, $1,475, to $1,600 based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles driven weekly. The base rate is .45 to .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes primarily operate east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to log up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure dependable mileage and earning opportunities.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also provide vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers can become eligible for dedicated accounts.
