Position Overview

As a  Remote Client Success Specialist , you'll serve as a trusted resource for clients by providing personalized guidance, answering questions, and delivering exceptional service throughout their experience.

You'll work directly with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments while building long-term relationships in a collaborative, fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Success & Support

• Meet with clients through Zoom and phone consultations

• Welcome and onboard new clients with professionalism and care

• Explain available benefits and coverage options clearly and confidently

• Guide clients through enrollment and application processes

• Respond promptly to client questions and service requests

• Provide ongoing policy support and follow-up communication

Relationship Management

• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service

• Develop personalized solutions based on each client's needs

• Maintain accurate documentation and client records

• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable industry regulations

• Efficiently manage appointments and daily workflow

Professional Development

• Participate in ongoing virtual training and mentorship

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
