Key responsibilities of the RN ER/ED Emergency Room/Emergency Department include:

• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Work efficiently with a multidisciplinary team
• Interpret and manage advanced cardiac and vasopressor drips
• Respond to emergency situations with swift and competent care
• Document patient information accurately using EPIC charting system

Requirements of the RN ER/ED Emergency Room/Emergency Department include:

• Active IL license or confirmation of application process initiation
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience with at least 1 prior travel assignment
• SANE RN experience preferred
• Experience in a teaching hospital environment preferred
