What You’ll Lead Coordinate and oversee DSC’s nursing services within the residential program Partner with the Director of Residential Services to develop, implement, and elevate the Nursing Program Support, coach, and guide staff to deliver exceptional care Bring your energy, leadership, and compassion to a team that values all three What You Bring Current, unrestricted Illinois RN license Ability to complete RN Trainer requirements within six months Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Physical ability to meet job requirements (I.e. - perform CPR, lift up to 50 lbs) Your Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with some flexibility necessary No scheduled on-call — ENJOY YOUR EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS! What We Offer You $77,000 – 85,000 per year Grant-funded retention bonuses up to 2 payments for a maximum of $1,600 per fiscal year!
