We are a boutique law firm in Flushing, Queens, focusing on  real estate transactions, financing and lending, condominium development, and contract/lease/agreement . We are seeking a  versatile and motivated professional who is fluent in both  Mandarin and English to join our growing team. We provide hands-on  training  in real estate and other legal practice for candidates who are motivated to learn.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to develop a long-term legal career. You will work closely with attorneys on a variety of real estate and corporate matters while assisting with office operations in a modern, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with case management, document preparation, and closing coordination
• Prepare, proofread, organize contracts, closing packages, and other transactional documents; handle scanning and electronic filing
• Conduct legal and factual research, and draft correspondence and agreements using templates
• Manage phone calls and client communication in Mandarin and English; handle front-desk reception when needed
• Maintain calendars, client databases, billing records, and office inventory; assist with scheduling and meeting preparation
• Assist with billing, scheduling, and office inventory management
• Support attorneys in preparing for closings, filings, and meetings
• Handle administrative duties, scanning, and document processing

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Prior legal or real estate experience  highly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication in  Mandarin and English
• Proficiency in  MS Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Suite
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor and a strong sense of responsibility

• Annual salary: $40,000 – $80,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications; Candidates with no prior legal experience typically start near the lower end of the range; candidates with substantial NYC real estate or paralegal experience may qualify for higher compensation.
