Location: Petoskey, MI at 560 West Mitchell Street

Start Date: 03/01/2026

End Date: Ongoing/Multiple assignments through 02/2026

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM 4:30 PM with 24-hour weekend call (no weekday night call)

Hours/Week: Approximately 40 hours/week

Employment Type: Locum/Temporary

Required Licenses/Certifications: Michigan State Medical License, Board Certified in Gastroenterology, ERCP certification required

Experience: Prior GI procedure experience, including scope coverage

Travel & Expenses: Expenses covered per company policy, with reimbursements for licensure, travel, and other approved expenses

Competitive hourly pay rate (per hour worked 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.)

Orientation pay at half the hourly rate

Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit

Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable

Perform outpatient and inpatient gastrointestinal procedures, including endoscopies and ERCPs

Cover endoscopy services and consults within clinic hours

Collaborate with a team of physicians and APPs onsite

Manage patient cases efficiently in a hospital setting

Participate in 24-hour weekend call as scheduled

Use Cerner EMR to document patient encounters and procedures

Michigan Medical License or eligibility for licensure

Board Certification in Gastroenterology

ERCP certification (required)

At least 2 years of GI procedure experience preferred

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
