About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of AI Visibility to spearhead the growth of its AI SEO proposition. The successful candidate will be tasked with setting the company apart as a leader in the AI SEO market, crafting a go-to-market strategy, and leading new business pitches. This role involves guiding the company's positioning on AI SEO measurement, multimodal SEO efforts, and tech product development in the AI SEO category. The Head of AI Visibility will also be responsible for co-leading the GTM for AI visibility efforts, managing a dedicated team of AI SEO specialists, and delivering thought leadership in the field. Applicants for the Head of AI Visibility position at the company should be seasoned SEO professionals with over 10 years of experience, including a strong background in developing and executing SEO strategies for enterprise clients. The role requires a deep understanding of how AI and LLMs have transformed SEO and the ability to articulate how brands must adapt to enhance their AI visibility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in closing new business, be highly regarded by media partners and colleagues, and possess strong negotiation skills. Experience in an independent agency setting and the ability to build processes, training, and a culture around AI SEO are also key attributes for this role. Success in this position is defined by the candidate's ability to live the company's culture code, define and align the company in the marketplace, and effectively grow the SEO practice revenue.
