Your role will involve working collaboratively with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists and education teams to deliver interventions and strategies tailored to individual student needs. You’ll support children across the K-12 spectrum, helping them develop essential speech, language, and social communication skills in both individual and group settings.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid and active SLPA license in Illinois
• Experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Understanding of IEPs and familiarity with implementing related services
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
• Compassion, flexibility, and a proactive approach to supporting student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services under the supervision of an SLP
• Assist with screening, assessment, and progress monitoring activities
• Prepare, adapt, and use materials and activities to support student goals
• Collaborate regularly with multidisciplinary school teams and families
• Maintain accurate records, session notes, and required documentation
