Order Management AssociateThe Order Management Associate is a member of the Order Management Team and is primarily responsible for answering incoming phone calls and distributing them to the appropriate department.Primary Job Duties:Answer incoming calls; greet callers, provide information, transfer calls, or take messages as necessaryGreet visitors entering Instrumart, determine the nature and purpose of their visit, and notify the appropriate Instrumart contactReview and distribute all incoming Sales emailsProvide order tracking and shipment status updatesEssential KSA's (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):Ability and comfort working with computer applications — ample experience working in NetSuiteCapacity to work with Instrumart's telecommunications system, DialpadExcellent attention to detailFast and accurate typing skillsCapability to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to communicate in a clear and helpful manner when corresponding with customersSkilled time manager with a strong drive toward productivityActive listener — giving full attention to what callers are saying, taking the time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate timesHigh levels of dependabilityExcellent communication and collaboration skills to ensure smooth and clear interactions across all departments at InstrumartPreferred Skills:Familiarity with NetSuite or similar business management softwareExperience using a cloud-based telephone systemExperience sharing a workload while working as part of a teamExperience working in an open office environmentInstrumart operates as a vital subsidiary within Flow Control Group (FCG), a prominent holdings company that is a leading solutions provider focused on technically oriented products and services for flow control, fluid handling and process, industrial automation, and life sciences with locations throughout North America.
