Service Team Member

Responsibilities Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in locating products. Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standards. Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments. Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey. Assist with omni‑channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain planograms (POGs). Complete merchandise recovery, including returns and general store recovery to ensure a well‑merchandised in‑stock store. Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and assignment of AD set duties. Support shrink and safety programs. Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies. Interact with colleagues in a respectful manner and promote the company’s values. Cross‑train in custom framing selling and production. Perform additional duties as assigned. Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Retail and/or customer service experience preferred. Physical Requirements Stand for long periods of time. Move throughout the store. Regular bending, lifting, carrying, and reaching. Lift heavy boxes and access high shelves via ladder or similar equipment. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings. Qualifications Applicants in the U.S. must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job. Minimum age: 16 years or older. Compensation Total Base Pay Range for this Position: $16.90 – $19.70 per hour.
