Project Manager

Project Manager Responsibilities: Handle planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing all aspect of the project Guide the team as an agile coach on best practices Leading the development team by ensuring high quality deliverables on time and on budget Assist in team development by removing road-blocks to their work, mentoring them and making a good utilization of organizational resources to improve capacity for project work Promote empowerment of the team by ensuring that each team member is fully engaged in the project with meaningful contribution Encourage a sustainable pace with high levels of quality for the team Present status reports of the project to the senior officials of the organization & clients RFP review, analysis and proposal development Client liaison, requirement gathering & analysis Requirements: BS/MS in Computer Science Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Project Management using Agile methodologies Good hands on experience in Project Management tools to include Microsoft Project and Jira Experience with a geographically distributed development teams Strong writing, communication & presentation skills Must have excellent track record of successful delivery of medium to large scale USA based clients’ projects and/or Products Good knowledge & experience in RFP review, analysis and proposal development Experience in client coordination, requirement understanding & system analysis #J-18808-Ljbffr
