Job Summary Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications for atwelve-month administrative faculty position as a tenured Professorand Associate Dean for Student Success and Engagement in the NormanJ. Radow College of Humanities and Social Sciences with a preferredstart date of July 1, 2027. This position is for work to be performed in the state of Georgia. Responsibilities Oversees the development, planning, and implementation of allStudent Success Initiatives, in collaboration with the Collegeleadership team and departments/schools Collaborates on mapping college initiatives to the universitystrategic plan and gathering data for the initiatives related tothe responsibilities of this position Promotes undergraduate research Serves as the college liaison with a number of campus partners,including the Undergraduate Advising Center, Career Planning andDevelopment, and others as needed to perform the duties of thisposition Promotes career and professional development initiatives forstudents Responds to academic integrity and student issues (complaintsand appeals) Manages student scholarships and oversees annual student awardselection process Oversees the Dean's Student Advisory Board and the Lindy RadowScholars Program Serves as the liaison with the Honors College and other campusand community partners regarding students and student-focusedevents and initiatives Facilitates and reports on experiential learning as it relatesto student engagement and success Monitors and presents institutional reports and data on studentsuccess outcomes Assists in donor outreach and philanthropic initiatives with astudent success focus Participates in professional activities related to studentsuccess and engagement on the local, state, and nationallevels Actively participates, leads, and/or facilitates scholarlyresearch and/or scholarship of teaching and learning within thecollege Builds mentoring programs for students Engages in activities to seek and/or secure funding to supportstudent-facing initiatives and events Serves on committees as assigned Performs other duties as assigned by the Dean Required Qualifications Ph.D., or its foreign equivalent, and an academic backgroundand appropriate credentials to be a tenured Professor in one of theacademic schools or departments in the Norman J.
