Assistant Project Manager/Jr. Superintendent

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Project Manager/Jr. Superintendent to join a growing team in the property and construction industry. This role involves assisting with project management tasks and overseeing on-site activities to ensure successful project completion. Description Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects from start to finish. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety and building regulations. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are achieved. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and budgets. Identify and address any project challenges or issues promptly. Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders, including clients and team members. Support the implementation of quality control measures to ensure project standards are met.
