Duties
Help
Perform civil design, modifications and review work for various types of United States and Host Nation funded projects.
Projects cover civil problems ranging from the conventional to the complex and require a capability of adapting precedents and engineering theories and principles to the particular needs of the project.
Perform civil design work, including design analysis and contract plans and specifications and any subsequent modifications or change orders.
Receive, distribute for action, track, and perform review, when appropriate, of Japanese standards/products submittals.
Serve the staff elements of the District and other agency staff elements as a consultant and expert in civil/structural engineering problems involving design, construction, and operations.
