Responsibilities and Job Requirements:

• Own your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
• Complete resident and property service requests
• Experience with or desire to learn skills such as:
  • HVAC, painting, plumbing
  • Pool maintenance, grounds
  • Drywall, minor carpentry, heat pumps, etc.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
• EPA or CPO certification is a plus!
• Must have valid Driver's License
