Salary: $37,000–$41,000/year
About the Company & Opportunity
Our client is seeking a dependable and organized Front Desk Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, helping support the office, and maintaining a professional front desk presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, vendors, and applicants entering the facility
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system while manually logging all incoming calls
- Sign for deliveries and assist vendors as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the break room throughout the day, including wiping down tables, sinks, and coffee pots after lunch
- Support the office with data entry, laminating, copying, and miscellaneous administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Professional communication and dependable attendance
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing office environment
