Executive Assistant

Job Title: Executive Assistant (Bristol, IN)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
• Organize and support meetings, including agendas and meeting notes
• Handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism
• Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Executive Assistant or high-level administrative experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• High level of discretion and professionalism

Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 annually (depending on experience)

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Environment: Bristol, IN 100% on-site
