Mechanical Designer

Mechanical DesignerWe are seeking a Mechanical Drafter, Designer or Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in 2D CAD modeling and drafting for industrial equipment.ResponsibilitiesProduce complex drawings that meet client specifications in 2D CAD draftingPrepare and interpret scale drawings, schematic drawings, layouts, and other visual aidsGather information and produce drawings for specific projects, review drawings for accuracy, revise and update drawings for customer approval, and prepare drawings for release to fabricationEssential Skills2+ years of mechanical design experienceStrong CAD modeling skillsExperience with SolidWorks is a plusAdvance Steel skills are highly desirableAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience in equipment design and draftingAbility to produce complex drawings that meet client specificationExperience with process calculationsExperience with large equipmentPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.00 - $52.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
