Role: Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative Status: Full-time Salary: Negotiable and based on experience Schedule: 4 10-hour days and 1-2 Saturdays a month, 8 am - 12 pm

East Holmes Veterinary Clinic is looking for a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our outstanding front desk team. As the first point of contact for clients and patients, our Client Service Representatives are the face and heart of our practice. This role plays a vital part in creating exceptional client experiences while supporting the health and well-being of our patients.

What You'll Do
- Manage multiple phone lines and provide exceptional customer service
- Schedule appointments and coordinate daily hospital flow
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Educate clients regarding services, products, and patient care recommendations
- Enter and maintain accurate client and patient information
- Process medical records, scanning, and data entry tasks
- Support daily front desk operations and hospital communication
- Help create a positive experience for every client and patient visit
