This entry-level sales opportunity offers the chance to turn your passion for camping, boating, and outdoor exploration into a fulfilling career.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the perfect accessories for their camping and boating adventures.
• Demonstrate the latest RVs, camping accessories, and boating gear with enthusiasm.
• Recommend must-have accessories and upgrades to enhance outdoor escapades.
• Build connections with outdoor enthusiasts and foster a community of like-minded adventurers.

Requirements

• A passion for the great outdoors and a desire to share that passion with others.
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
• Flexibility to embrace a dynamic work environment that includes weekends, holidays, and spontaneous adventures.

Schedule

• Day shift only!
• Tuesday - Saturday | Aligns with business hours
• Additional day off during work week if on-shift on Saturday
• Hour lunch
• Overtime and weekends as needed

Education and/or Experience

• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not requiredwe're more interested in your drive, determination, and eagerness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of camping and boating accessories is a bonus, but we'll provide the training you need to become an expert.

Compensation

• Hourly + Commission | $17 - $25 hourly equivalent

Bretz RV & Marine opened for business in Missoula, Montana, in 1967. Today Bretz RV & Marine is still a family-owned and operated business with five dealerships across Montana and Idaho. We are fortunate to have grown from just over 100 employees to nearly 400 employees in the last five years. We do all we can to offer our teams an excellent place to work and advance in our company.
