Are you an experienced bookkeeper who enjoys the work but doesn’t want a full-time schedule?

We are a small, established CPA firm in Lexington (near Beaumont) looking for a dependable part-time bookkeeper to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who wants to continue using their accounting and bookkeeping skills while maintaining a flexible schedule.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain bookkeeping records for small-business clients
• Record and categorize transactions
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Review accounts for accuracy and completeness
• Assist with other routine bookkeeping and accounting projects

Who we’re looking for:

The ideal candidate has prior bookkeeping or accounting experience and is comfortable working independently. Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is strongly preferred.

We value experience, accuracy, dependability, and good judgment more than formal credentials.
