If you sell in homes — HVAC, roofing, windows, siding, remodels, security — read this carefully. We're not asking you to quit your job. We're also happy to hand someone a full book of appointments and let them run. Both seats are open.

What This Actually Is

USA Insulation is the only company in the country that injects proprietary foam insulation directly into the wall cavities of existing homes — from the outside, no demolition, no mess. Most homeowners have never heard of it. When they find out it's possible, and what it does to their energy bills and comfort, the conversation closes itself for the right salesperson.

We also do blown-in attic insulation and crawlspace insulation, so most homes give you more than one thing to sell. We've done this in over 150,000 homes nationwide. The product works. We need someone who can work the room.

The Role

• Run pre-set, pre-qualified in-home appointments — no cold calling, no door knocking
• Educate homeowners, handle objections, close on the first visit
• Cover Greater Louisville and Kentuckiana

The Schedule — Read This Part

Full time or a couple days a week, your call. What we need is consistency, not a specific shift:

• At least two weekdays a week , so we can build a route around you
• A block of about four to six hours on those days. A morning block works. An afternoon block works. A whole day too. Tell us which and we'll set your appointments there.  At least 4 hours so a couple to 3 appointments could be run.  Not past 6pm!
• Some Saturdays. Not every one. A couple a month is typical in high season

*For part time flexible - If you can give us a few dependable blocks a week, we can build almost any schedule you want around them.

What You Earn

• $120,000–$150,000+ first-year earning potential
• Commission-based with performance bonuses
• Paid product and process training — you already know how to sell, we'll make you an expert on this
• Leads are set for you. You show up and sell

Who We Want

You've sold in someone's home before. You ask for the sale every time, and you don't fold at "let me think about it." When a homeowner says they want to get two more estimates, you don't pack up and hope they call back — you know how to find out what's really behind it, address it right there, and give them a reason to sign that night. Same with "I need to talk to my spouse," "that's more than I expected," and every other version of not yet. You carry yourself professionally and you know the difference between pushing and persuading.
