We are expanding our sales team and looking for a driven, energetic Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Position Overview

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting consultations, building relationships, and closing equipment sales both locally and nationwide. This is NOT a passive order-taking role — we are looking for someone who can follow up, build trust, and confidently close deals.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Respond to inbound leads and conduct follow-ups through CRM
✅ Build relationships with gym owners, trainers, and fitness entrepreneurs
✅ Conduct showroom tours and equipment consultations
✅ Present product solutions and pricing options
✅ Close equipment sales and manage client pipeline
✅ Maintain organized notes and communication inside CRM
✅ Assist with local marketing events and showroom traffic
✅ Collaborate with operations and logistics teams

What We’re Looking For

✔ Sales experience preferred (fitness or equipment sales is a plus)
✔ Strong communication and closing skills
✔ High energy, self-motivated, and coachable
✔ Comfortable using CRM systems (Go High Level experience is a plus)
✔ Passion for fitness, training, or gym culture
✔ Ability to work in a performance-driven environment

Compensation

Base Pay + Commission Structure
High commission opportunity on equipment sales
Bonus incentives for hitting monthly targets
Growth opportunity into senior sales or leadership roles

(Compensation will be discussed during the interview process based on experience.)

Schedule

Full-Time | Some weekend availability may be required based on showroom traffic and events.
