Our technology plays a critical role in safeguarding some of the world's most valuable cultural treasures.We're looking for a Technical Support & Operations Specialist to join our team in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. This is a hands-on position where you'll work across technical support, software testing, server configuration, hardware deployment, shipping, procurement, and customer operations. As your skills grow, you'll take on increasing responsibility across support, systems administration, testing, and operations.
