Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales Support Manager to lead the sales support function and optimize day-to-day sales operations. This role is responsible for managing a team, overseeing pricing administration, customer data management, reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure efficient sales processes and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Operations & Process Management
• Manage pricing setup, maintenance, and contract administration processes.
• Maintain customer pricing structures, classifications, and sales-related data within CRM and ERP systems.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational risks.
• Monitor market and competitor activity to support pricing and product positioning strategies.
• Reporting & Analytics
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Analyze sales data and generate actionable insights to improve business performance.
• Create ad hoc reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.
• Consolidate data from multiple systems for reporting and analysis.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Logistics, Planning, Quality Assurance, Human Resources, and Product Development teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and operational performance.
• Resolve operational issues impacting sales support activities.
• Team Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and develop a Sales Support team.
• Manage workloads, schedules, and team priorities.
• Establish performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Train employees on company policies, SOPs, and best practices.
• Promote a collaborative, customer-focused work environment.
• Communication
• Support multiple sales teams by coordinating sales support activities.
• Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Participate in sales meetings and provide operational updates to leadership.

Required Qualifications
Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, or a related role.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience managing a sales support team.
• Experience supporting multiple sales channels and customer-facing teams.
• Education
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
• Strong reporting, forecasting, and business analysis capabilities.
