With at least three years of experience in Workers' Compensation, you should possess a working knowledge of evidence-based guidelines, such as ODG by MCG and return to work protocols. A Case Management Certification is a must, showcasing your dedication to excellence and professional growth.Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional critical thinking skills, enabling them to apply sound judgment in decision-making and assessment processes. The ability to work independently is vital, as you'll need to manage your caseload efficiently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
