Pediatrician opening in Santa Clarita, CA

Responsibilities Outpatient pediatric care for patients ages 0–17. Average of 20–30 patients per day with age‑appropriate visit lengths. Light call schedule. Nurse triage support screens initial calls. Inpatient responsibilities limited to normal newborn rounding. Modern clinic opened in 2018. Two‑pediatricians staffed at the site with dedicated clinical and front‑office support. Relative autonomy in practice style and collaborative environment. Supportive group culture. Compensation & Benefits Salary range for this position is $240,000 to $280,000 depending on experience and training. Compensation may include productivity, quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift incentives, as applicable. The full‑time schedule is 4½ days per week with generous paid time off.
