Part-Time ReceptionistThe Casey Auto Group is seeking a part-time receptionist to join our team! Are you a people-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills? As a receptionist/administrative assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing the front desk operations. Your role will be a vital part of ensuring a positive experience for our valued customers.Pay: $14.00 per hourSchedule: Part-time. Will be between 15-29 hours per week. Closing shifts can include Monday-Friday between 12:00 pm-8:00 pm, Saturday, anytime between 7:00 am-7:00 pm, and Sunday between 12:00 pm-5:00 pm. Saturdays will be set, and other days will rotate, so this position does require schedule flexibility.Responsibilities:Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner as they enter the dealership.Assisting customers with DMV related inquiries and paperwork.Processing transactions and accurately receipting in money received from sales, services, or other dealership activities.Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.Providing administrative support to various departments as needed.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork and transactions.Knowledge of DMV procedures and regulations is a plus.If you're ready to embark on a rewarding career with a leading car dealership, we want to hear from you!
