Creative Production Manager:On behalf of our Media client, Procom is searching for a Creative Production Manager for an 18-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Austin, TX office.Creative Production Manager - Job Description:The Creative Production Manager will oversee the entire production management cycle for printed media and digital channel integration. The role involves collaboration with internal teams, creative staff, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.Creative Production Manager - Responsibilities:• Partner with Brand, Marketing, Creative, Digital, and Media teams to execute integrated production across channels.• Build and maintain integrated production plans, identifying risks and driving solutions.• Manage cross-channel delivery and asset handoffs to support timely launches.• Establish and enforce QA standards across formats.• Manage external production partners and drive cost efficiency.• Collaborate with Creative Directors and Designers from conception to fruition.• Develop promotional strategies for product launches and campaigns.• Monitor competitive trends and industry best practices.• Negotiate costs and ensure quality of materials with outside vendors.• Manage large budgets and advise on budgetary options.• Develop and track production timelines and coordinate deliverables with vendors.• Own production QA, managing file construction and quality elements.Creative Production Manager - Mandatory Skills:• 2-5+ years’ experience managing print production.• Experience with creative staff and studio production teams.• Familiarity with creative workflow systems like Workfront or Basecamp.• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite.• Expertise in writing Production Specifications.• Knowledge of paper, stocks, and ink configurations.• Understanding of Direct Mail best practices and Postal Regulations.Creative Production Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:• Knowledge of procurement systems such as Peoplesoft or Ariba.• Ability to estimate production times.• Strong attention to detail.• Ability to work well under pressure.• Experience with third-party projects.Creative Production Manager – Assignment Length:This is an 18-month contract position.Creative Production Manager - Start Date:ASAP.Creative Production Manager - Assignment Location:Austin, Texas, United States.
