The Warehouse Beverage Manager will provide leadership and direction to the in-house beverage team, ensuring a high functioning & high-quality department that is set up to ensure orders for all events are fulfilled efficiently and accurately.What You'll Do:• Develop and maintain a beverage program that adds quality, value, and enhances the guest experience.• Ensure proper systems and procedures are in place and consistently enforced to increase efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the beverage program.• Provide ample training and education to the Service team to ensure sound knowledge and proficiency of all beverage offerings, with the ability to offer suggestions and adjustments to meet guest needs.• Ensure that all inventory, beverage lists and any other information related to the beverage program remain accurate and up to date and are understood by the team.
