We are seeking two full-time, contract Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to make a positive impact in educational settings within the Sanford, NC area, conveniently located 45 minutes southwest of Raleigh. Opportunities Include:

• One SLP will support a separate public school serving grades K-12, working with an approximate caseload of 35 students
• The second SLP will be dedicated to an elementary school, working with children in grades K-5 and a caseload of around 50 students

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred, clinical fellows may be considered
• Previous experience in school-based settings is highly valued
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Passion for working with children and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students
• Monitor, document, and report on student progress
• Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and support compliance with all applicable guidelines
