This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure a positive guest experience. Prepare and serve espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas, smoothies, and other menu items according to company recipes and presentation standards. Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and POS systems. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, seating areas, and equipment throughout the shift. Restock supplies, cups, and condiments as needed. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately; balance drawer at shift end if required. Assist with inventory and communicate stock shortages to management. Contribute to a team-oriented, professional, and friendly environment. Uphold brand standards and promote new products or seasonal offerings. Qualifications Previous barista or food service experience preferred but not required (training provided). Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor. Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
