In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive financial planning, retirement strategies, investment guidance, and risk management solutions while building and growing your own practice. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through comprehensive financial planning and ongoing service. Build and manage a book of business through referrals, networking, and business development. Provide customized strategies for retirement planning, wealth accumulation, investment planning, and risk management. Educate clients about insurance and financial products designed to help protect and strengthen their financial futures. Conduct regular client reviews and adjust financial strategies as clients’ goals and circumstances evolve. Stay informed about industry regulations, market trends, and financial planning best practices. Collaborate with team members and specialists to provide comprehensive client solutions. Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and company standards. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in financial services, financial planning, wealth management, insurance, or advisory services. Active Life & Health Insurance License required. Securities registrations such as Series 6, 7, 63, or 66 preferred, or willingness to obtain. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Strong consultative sales, communication, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset. Proven business development and networking capabilities.Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
