Asset Manager

A Texas-based multifamily real estate company is looking for an energetic Asset Manager to oversee a portfolio of 7-10 Class B & C multifamily properties. The ideal candidate will be a Regional Manager, Area Manager, or Senior Community Manager ready to transition into asset management. Responsibilities include leading site visits, partnering on renovations, and monitoring performance. Strong operational leadership and problem-solving skills are essential. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
