Corporate Associate Attorney (Public Company Focus)

Corporate Associate Attorney (Public Company Focus) Responsibilities Advise pre-IPO and publicly traded companies on SEC reporting obligations, disclosure requirements, and ongoing compliance with federal securities and stock exchange rules Assist with IPOs, follow-on offerings, and other capital markets transactions Support corporate governance matters including board advisement, public company readiness, and best practices for disclosure controls Draft and file SEC filings Qualifications JD class 2022-2024 At least 1 year of experience in capital markets, IPOs, or public company representation Strong familiarity with SEC reporting, disclosure frameworks, and public company governance #J-18808-Ljbffr
