Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, active license to practice Physical Therapy in South Carolina
• Experience providing PT services in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Ability to develop and implement individualized plans in compliance with IEPs
• Skilled in working with students across K-12 age range
• Strong organizational skills for itinerant work across multiple locations
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and record-keeping abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide school-based PT services for K-12 students at multiple sites in an itinerant capacity
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized PT programs as part of student support teams
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary professionals to promote student function and participation in school activities
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with educational and regulatory standards
• Travel between assigned school sites within the district as needed

This position provides a stable, full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week through May 24, 2027, allowing for meaningful impact while enjoying career stability and development in a supportive educational environment.
