This itinerant, onsite role allows you to support students’ functional mobility and promote their independence in a dynamic school environment. You’ll enjoy collaborating with dedicated educators and families while developing creative therapy solutions that help learners overcome barriers to their success.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in South Carolina
• Experience in a school setting (K–12 preferred); comfort with itinerant service delivery
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage a caseload across multiple sites
• Compassionate communicator eager to collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams
• Ability to adapt therapeutic techniques and interventions to diverse student needs

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver PT services to K–12 students in accordance with IEP goals and district policies
• Travel among multiple assigned school locations to provide equitable care
• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation
• Consult with educators and family members to support student objectives
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a multidisciplinary team environment
• Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
